Conference fees
- Early bird: (until 10th of May 2025) 195€ (includes access to AIRSI 2025 sessions, AIRSI2025 metaverse, online social activities, and certificates of attendance and/or presentation)
- Regular: (between 11th of May and 2nd June 2025) 225€ (includes access to AIRSI 2025 sessions, AIRSI2025 metaverse, online social activities, and certificates of attendance and/or presentation)

Registration policy
Each communication must be presented by a registered participant. If the other authors do not attend the Conference, then they do not need to pay. However, if they also attend the Conference, they must be registered and pay the Conference fee. In other words, everyone who attends the Conference pays the Conference fee.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation requests must be sent by e-mail to invoicesairsi@gmail.com
- Cancellations made on or before 2nd June 2025 will be refunded less a €50 administration fee. Cancellations made after 2nd June 2025 will not be refunded.
- No Shows will not be refunded.
